Trust & confidentiality

Confidentiality is the default.

Sensitive creative, strategic and commercial information is handled only for the agreed purpose. A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any confidential material is shared.

Before disclosure

A mutual NDA is available before concepts, prototypes, financial information, source files or unpublished plans are disclosed.

During the work

Materials are used solely for the agreed project and are not shared with third parties. Sensitive client material is not submitted to third-party generative systems without prior written approval.

After delivery

No client, project or result is published, referenced or used as a case study without prior written approval. Files can be returned or deleted on request, subject to legal and accounting retention duties.

Contractual commitment

Information remains controlled by its original owner.

All project materials, discussions and strategic information are treated as confidential. Shared materials remain the property of their original owner and are used only within the agreed engagement.

Standard exceptions apply to information that is already public, lawfully known beforehand, independently developed, received lawfully from another source or required to be disclosed by law.
