Creative overload
You have ideas, images, features and ambition, but the project keeps expanding without becoming clearer. You are no longer certain what you are building, what matters most or how to present it.
Aesthetic · Intelligence · Consulting · Strategy
Strategic and visual direction to strengthen the aesthetic coherence of your projects.
The role
I enter projects when the vision is ambitious but the structure is fragmented, the priorities are wrong, or the project cannot yet explain why it deserves attention, partners or resources.
Aesthetic direction is available when form affects the objective. It remains one instrument inside a wider systemic practice.
Core missions
Each mission begins with a high-level strategic question and ends with a specific decision, document, prototype or execution sequence.
You have ideas, images, features and ambition, but the project keeps expanding without becoming clearer. You are no longer certain what you are building, what matters most or how to present it.
I isolate the project’s core, separate essential systems from decorative volume, expose contradictions and rebuild its structure, positioning and presentation around one coherent direction.
You know what the project is, what it must prove, what to stop producing, how to communicate its value and which decisions must come next.
Define what the project is fundamentally trying to create and remove the secondary ideas competing with its core.
Example: reduce an immersive project combining robotics, sound and AI to the one interaction that carries its intellectual and emotional force.
Review the assumptions the creator is using about audience, technology, institutions, timing, resources and success.
Example: an AI venture does not need more visibility first. It needs to stop presenting itself as a generic tool and define the high-value problem it uniquely solves.
Break the project into systems, dependencies, bottlenecks and decision layers that can be evaluated separately.
Example: decompose a game into core loop, technical foundation, content scope, visual system, team, financing, community and distribution.
Determine what must be proven first and where effort is currently producing aesthetic volume without strategic progress.
Example: freeze further graphic production on a game until the playable foundation proves that the core mechanic deserves expansion.
Define what the project represents, why it matters and how its value should be understood by the people capable of advancing it.
Example: articulate a robotic artwork through human-machine interaction and technological culture rather than presenting it only as an artwork seeking money.
Identify the actors whose interests align with the project and construct the documents, value exchange and approach required to reach them.
Example: build a focused folio for a contemporary art project, then target robotics, automation and technology companies as cultural and technical partners.
Use identity, image, atmosphere, interface and media direction as strategic instruments when perception affects the objective.
Example: replace an interchangeable AI visual identity with a system that communicates precision, authority and a distinct technological worldview.
Convert strategic insight into ordered actions, owners, resources, validation criteria and realistic next decisions.
Example: “find funding” becomes a folio, partner map, prototype milestone, five tailored approaches and a timed outreach sequence.
Services
Each engagement begins with a defined problem, a defined scope and a tangible deliverable. The first step is designed to be useful without requiring a long-term commitment.

Ongoing creative direction
Project materials, discussions and strategic information remain confidential. A mutual NDA can be signed before sensitive information is shared.
Selected fields
The practice is intentionally selective rather than generic business optimization.
Fluid by exploration. Clear in direction.
A conversation-led process designed to reveal the project’s central idea, hidden structures and most important next decisions.Directional spine
The conversation can stay alive and flexible, but it still resolves into a sequence: entering the project, following the signals, revealing the structure and translating that into direction.
Map the project, expose the real bottleneck and separate the central problem from its visible symptoms.
Clarify the proposition, priorities, dependencies, scope and order in which the project must prove itself.
Align the visual language, world, experience and presentation with the strategic objective.
Convert the direction into decisions, documents, milestones, owners and criteria for validation.
What leaves the room
Depending on the engagement, the output may be a written diagnosis, a project architecture, a visual direction system, a prototype brief, a partner map or an ordered activation plan.
Proof of visual range
The portfolio pages are evidence of visual direction, media construction and physical execution. They are not separate identities.
Remote consulting
Available in French and English for project diagnosis, strategy sprints, visual direction and longer external engagements.
